I am a New York Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of professional work experience. I am passionate and experienced in helping clients deal with stress, anxiety, trauma, crisis, low motivation, parenting and relationship issues, family conflict and life planning strategies. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in reaching emotional health. My role in therapy is to support you in identifying the root of these challenges and teach you the techniques to cope and overcome them.
