About

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 4 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with ages ranging from 3-60 years and with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, parenting problems, mood disorders and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style focuses on building a positive relationship with my clients so they feel safe to discuss their difficulties . I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, solution-focus and counseling. I will tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
