Welcome to Uplift. My name is Tania Fernandez I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience. I have worked with people from a broad range of backgrounds and concerns including, chronic illness, stress management, and coping with life changes and grief. I also have extensive experience working in hospitals and outpatient clinic settings in the area of chronic kidney disease. My counseling style is empathetic and client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect but most importantly I pride myself on demonstrating compassion and sensitivity to the needs of others.
