I am a licensed Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with over 13 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist and Life Coach. I earned a Master of Science from Cairn University (2002) and a Master of Arts from Liberty University in Professional Counseling (2014). I worked as an outpatient therapist for six years in Central Pennsylvania and 7 years in Western Pennsylvania before going into private practice.

I work with clients struggling with difficult relationships, anger management, grief and loss, mood disorders, anxiety, and adjustment disorders to name a few. I also work along side of those healing from past trauma, infidelity in marriage, and life transitions. My eclectic approach to counseling allows me to adjust to the needs and personalities of my clients. My most common approaches to therapy are Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.

My desire is to bring healing to the brokenhearted, freedom to those who are bound, and joy to those who are mourning. Helping clients find purpose and enjoy the journey of life are also huge desires of mine. My priority is to listen to the needs of the client while developing a treatment plan that meets specific needs.
I am aware of the fears that come with building therapeutic alliance and the courage required to take the first step in seeking mental health care, and I am looking forward to easing the process and creating a safe place for you.
