I am honored to have the opportunity to partner with you on a therapeutic journey to self discovery, healing and emotional wellness. Utilizing a multi-modal approach, we will work together to uncover underlying concerns, identify damaging thought patterns and balance responses to improve your quality of life. I believe, we all do the best we can with the tools we have. We owe it to ourselves to constantly strive to expand our emotional toolboxes. In these times of loss and uncertainty it can feel very difficult to do this. It is now that we must lean on our community to identify support in improving our capacity to manage life's challenges with as much grace and self compassion as possible.
