My goal is to understand each client and their story. The counseling process is guided by your concerns and goals. My counseling style is non judgmental and person centered. As we work on treatment goals guided by your most important concerns, skills will be introduced to help you better cope with life stressors. My approach is strength based, trauma informed, cognitive behavioral therapy and expressive therapy.
