Hello! Congratulations on taking action! Life can be challenging and we all need support from time to time. Although pain is part of life, suffering doesn’t have to be! My name is Tammy Murphy. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience! I currently have the pleasure of working with motivated clients ALL OVER California through my telehealth private practice. My primary specialty is in treating anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. I also work with clients to improve coping skills, self-esteem, and body image. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and engaging. I utilize an array of evidence-based practices including ACT, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solutions-Focused, and Strength-Based modalities. I also like to throw in a touch of humor! I believe that most people have a sense of what they need to do to improve the quality of their lives. The question is what gets in the way of doing it?
