I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with over ten years of experience assisting clients with various life challenges. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, career challenges, depression, various traumas, grief and loss, and interpersonal relationships. I do this by applying a person centered approach and pulling from cognitive approaches, motivational interviewing, and empowerment modalities. My goal is for you to feel welcomed as we begin working towards addressing life challenges you may be facing. This is accomplished by providing empathetic listening skills and validation to process feelings as you begin to heal and move forward.

Oftentimes the hardest step is recognizing when you need help. Make sure you not only recognize this is a step you’ve already taken but one you should celebrate in having reached out for support.
