My name is Tammy Dorsey-Davis and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a mental health provider for over 10 years and I recognize that everyone has strengths, but sometimes it becomes difficult to engage them when it feels like the world is closing in on you. I assist clients with addressing a wide variety of issues not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, relational issues, self-esteem building, and positive communication skills. I provide a non-judgmental, safe, and confidential environment for you to disclose your concerns and explore various positive coping skills.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I offer individualized treatment by collaborating with clients to develop measurable goals while building a positive relationship. My practice style utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
