I have worked in the school system as a school counselor and in private practice to help youth and adolescents, individuals and families. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma/abuse, ADHD, relationship issues, grief/loss, parenting concerns and life changes.
