I pride myself in creating a nonjudgmental environment for clients in which they can be themselves. I enjoy being part of individuals' journey to developing emotional wealth. Asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness. I have over 10 years experience in the field. I have worked with a variety of families from different ethnic groups and enjoy learning about different cultures. Culture is part of all our identities and should be embraced. I specialize in working with children as well as adults, with dealing with stress, PTSD, anxiety, depression, victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
