Greetings, I'm Tamera, a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor and owner of a teletherapy private practice covering Houston and surrounding areas. For the past 10 years, I have provided mental health services in diverse populations. I believe that every person has the power within to heal and experience a positive transformation. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, my goal is to work collaboratively with each client to unlock their power potential. Together we will challenge unwanted patterns and uncover new perspectives. With these insights the client with be able to live a more fulfilling life.

I specialize in working with clients that are experiencing: adjustments to major life events, women's issues, anxiety, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, grief, and managing stress of daily demands.
