I provide counseling services that help others realize their potential, their strengths and their needs. Counseling is provided in a strength focused, non-judgmental setting that facilitates growth in all areas of being. I have an extensive background working with Intellectual Disabilities, family counseling, youth and working professionals seeking to transition careers, balance work and family life. I also work with young adults as they transition into adulthood with learning to balance all the expectations and responsibilities that come along with adulthood.
I would like to have an opportunity to assist you during this time of transformation as you seek to improve various areas of your thinking and experiences through the use of CBT, CPT and DBT. Teaching skills that facilitate emotional regulation and identification. Learning to navigate stressful situations professionally and personally.
