Greetings!!!! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in Florida with 20 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with individuals who have experienced a wide array of mental and emotional issues such as: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, relationship issues , parenting issues, memory and concentration issues, OCD, anger, and other social and emotional issues.

As an advocate for the mental and emotional well being of others, my primary focus as a therapist is to foster a warm and supportive environment for my clients that encourages openness, acceptance, and that is free of judgment. I offer a client-centered approach combined with cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused based on my clients needs.
