I have more than thirty years of working in the counseling profession and have counseled and coached thousands during my career. I take pride in partnering with and empowering people especially women to adopt more fulfilled and productive lives.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Life Coach.
I hold a Doctor of Divinity degree.

My approach is solution and cognitive based with a sprinkling of other modalities. I will listen to understand so that we can create the results you are looking for and need.

My clinical experience includes working in the profit and non-profit organizations and school sectors. With that, I have provided counseling for couples, individuals, adults, children, veterans and facilitated groups.

Throughout my career I have been told that I listen well and establish rapport with ease. Clients have reported there is a comfort in working with me. Clients leave with more belief and confidence knowing they can build a life that’s successful and rewarding .

My hope is that in working with me you will find the solutions and be empowered to activate them. That you become aware of strategies needed to work through the issues and that you can move forward and live a life that is balanced and whole.
