Hello, my name is Tamara Carey. I have been working in the helping field for 25 years. I am a licensed, clinical social worker. I work with individuals to uncover the roadblocks that keep them from creating the life they desire to live. I find so much joy in this work. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that merges different theories in my work with clients.

I am looking forward to our sessions to learning about you, what matters to you most, and what areas you want to focus on. We will then come up with a plan to guide you through your sessions. Each session will build on the other, with you at the center of this experience, so that you are more prepared to make decisions to move your life in the direction of your hopes and dreams.
