I have over 14 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker and more than 20 years working with families. I know the importance of finding a therapist who is a good fit. My focus is providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for adults, couples, and families. Utilizing a combination of theoretical approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client centered therapy and motivational interviewing, I collaborate with you to meet you where you are. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, anger, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and career challenges.
