She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Solution Focused, CPS, Trauma-Informed care, ACT and Client Centered treatment. Tammi has supervised both inpatient and out patient rehabilitation facilities for substance use disorders as well as mental health. Tammi has also worked closely with trauma and abuse survivors as well as those within the LGBTQ+ community who've experienced not only trauma and abuse but personal identification struggles and the impact of discrimination. Tammi has experience with family and couple therapy, working with the individuals to increase communication and healthy relationships.

Tammi utilizes a client centered approach as she believes it is important to value and incorporate clients autonomy, personal strengths as well as personal expertise throughout the process of skill building and empowerment. Tammi strives to provide the space where healing can be a marathon not a sprint leading to a lifelong toolbox of strategies to manage life on a daily.
