I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm, interactive, and client-centered to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach utilizes a variety of techniques, which includes cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and rational-emotive therapy.
