I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based with four years of experience working with people making change in their life. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths-based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
