I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor(LPC-S) with a Ph.D, in Counselor Education. I primarily practice in Texas with over 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. I believe that you are the expert in your life your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
