I believe people come in different shapes and sizes. People are from different cultures, ethnic groups, and spiritual beliefs. I do not believe one therapy technique fits all. I look at each person as an individual. I take into consideration a person's biological, psychological and social environment to develop an individualized treatment plan for each person I have the pleasure of working with.

I work well with children, teenagers, adults, and families of all ages. Some treatment modalities used are, but not limited to: Exploration of Emotions, Communication skills, Exploration of Relationship Patterns, Psychoeducation, Play Therapy, Client-Based Theory, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
