I am a dually-licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor and licensed independent chemical dependency counselor clinical supervisor with over 11 year experience in treating a variety of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. My passion is treating patients from a variety of diverse backgrounds while using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy , Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to facilitate personal growth and healing.

My ideal client is motivated , teachable, and looking for clinical guidance to reframe unhelpful thoughts and change certain behaviors in order to live their best life! My therapy style is warm and supportive and I desire to promote self-efficacy which is always reflected in our discussions and treatment plan. I seek to first understand my clients experiences in order to develop the most comprehensive plan of care.
