I am a queer identified therapist who typically works with teens, young adults, and those of the LGBTQ+ community but I am open to other clients as well! I help those who may be struggling with issues such as past trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self esteem utilizing evidenced based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Move Desensitization Reprocessing just to name a few. I believe it is important to be your authentic self as a provider because the therapeutic relationship is exactly that: a relationship. Beginning the journey towards your self development and overall well being is such a pivotal moment, and I can support by walking alongside you during this journey.
