I am licensed in Michigan with 6 years of professional work experience. My I have worked with a multitude of clients throughout my career and have gained so much experience in all areas of mental health. I am passionate about helping people of all walks of life and ultimately guiding them to an overall healthier, more balanced well-lived life. I use a combination of rapport building, humanistic approach, along with combinations of CBT, DBT and problem solving therapy.
