I am a Licensed Clinic Social Worker in Phoenix, Arizona. I have been working as a counselor for almost 10 years. I have my Masters Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University with a Bachelors Degree in Education. I have worked in many different areas including first response/on scene crisis response, hospital crisis and most recently have worked for the last 3 years with clients in the home or hospital setting. I love what I do! I specialize in working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss issues, substance abuse issues, chronic pain and chronic disease diagnosis as well as family and intimate partner issues. My primary focus in counseling is to provide a safe and comfortable place for you to share your concerns, fears, and goals. Together with clients I help them improve their relationships with themselves, their families and their peers.

When we connect, I want to ensure you receive all of the support you are seeking. My counseling style involves working with you to create goals, reach insight and providing tools to enhance your therapy experience. I will be utilizing Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Solution Focused therapy in our sessions. It will involve work on your part, but the problem-solving skills and insight you'll acquire will make it all worth it!
