I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of NC, VA, FL and GA. I have been providing services for over 13 years in the school and community setting. My passion is being able to assist individuals understand the power they have inside of them. My hope is with discovery they can create a life that allows them to present the best version of themselves to others. I believe in prioritizing self care and assertively expressing your needs in a way that gives you permission to feel valued, loved, and accepted within relationships.
