Welcome! I am so glad that you have taken that brave first step to look for help. I hope that this will be the start of healing and finding solutions. No matter how you are feeling right now, I want you to know that you can conquer this. I believe that with the right tools and hard work that every person can move to a comfortable point of wellness. I would love to be the person to help you complete your work.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Central Texas area. I have spent the last 11 years helping a variety of different age groups work towards solutions utilizing my counseling degree. I have worked with children of all ages, teens, military populations, and couples. I love counseling or partnering (as I call it), to help others.

I utilize a variety of counseling methodologies which include motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, Narrative counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Combining these different approaches has allowed me to make sure that each person is comfortably served while working with me. I am certified in trauma-informed practices and I am a nationally certified mental health first aid trainer.

As your therapist I will partner with you to work through your emotions so that I can help you set goals that you can reach to create change in your life. This is your process and I am just a guide.
