I am licensed in Florida with over 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, and more. It takes courage to seek out help and even more to accept that we can use a hand every now and then (it takes a village, after all, right?). I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion because only with that and radical love for ourselves and others can we heal ourselves and this world. As someone with ADHD, I like to help those with the same struggles I have had my whole life. However, my favorite thing is to help you find that light you have inside already and help you make it brighter.
