Welcome! I am a licensed independent mental health counselor (LIHMP) currently located in Nebraska. I am passionate about helping people move towards connection and healing. I have experience working with college-aged students, adults, and couples. I have practiced for 4 years in a variety of settings: Chicago suburbs, small cities, and rural areas. No matter our phase of life or location, we all have seasons of struggle. I know when the valleys come it takes courage to reach out for support!

I have experience working with depression, anxiety, addictions, communication problems, family issues, guilt/shame, career guidance, trauma, postpartum issues, and self-acceptance. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based approaches, career counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

I believe in helping others move from just surviving life to truly thriving. As I walk alongside you in the change process, I value using encouragement, compassionate listening, and authentic connection. It is important to me that you feel safe and accepted throughout the therapy process. I know reaching out feels risky, but I also know it helps move us towards change!
