As a therapist, my philosophy is based on a client centered approach focusing on establishing a safe, non judgmental, and collaborative space for each client. From a young age, I heard the calling to become a healing professional and have been on a journey to help others achieve peaceful change in their lives ever since. I integrate the use of client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy to collaborate with each client to develop their own individualized plan of care.  I engage every client with compassion, understanding, and an open mind.  Using my unique skill set and experience, I strive to create a calming energy and safe place to discuss life's hardest issues. With a focus on mindfulness, I blend traditional counseling and holistic wellness to create a truly unique experience catered to the needs of each individual client.
