Hi there! I’m Sylvia, a licensed professional therapist, dedicated to helping individuals, children, and couples. Are you struggling with anxiety and depression from daily stress? Is your child finding it difficult to get to school or make friends or has behavior concerns? Are you lacking communication with your spouse? I help individuals and their families manage their anxiety and learn to communicate more effectively. We will use a multi modal approach to learning ways to manage anxiety and depression as well as learn to communicate more effectively. I’m here to help you develop those skills to manage stress or help your child express themselves more effectively.
