Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor with over 8 years of experience working with individuals, families and couples. I think it is important to help clients gain insight into their life, struggles and any stressful issues as they work through relationship or life challenges. I use communication strategies from a wide variety of sources. I believe that the client's needs are primary in therapy and support each client to be able to communicate their feelings, emotions or whatever is affecting their quality of life. I use relational approaches that are non-judgmental, shame-free and empowering to all members.
The goals and direction are shaped by the needs and hopes of the client(s). The main goal being working through therapy without judgement and with a view towards building a better future for all concerned.
I have a passion of working with individuals in helping them gain insight into life issues and whatever struggles they have to help them live a healthier, happier and meaningful life. Also to find motivation and purpose in life in times when they feel helpless or hopeless.
