We all have experienced moments when we were not okay, and that is okay. My goal is to assist you through those difficulties moments, and to empower you to be confident and self-sufficient.

I am a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Walden University where I obtained my Master of Social Work degree. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio licensed in Ohio with 3 years of professional therapeutic work experience and 20 years of direct work with families, women, and teens. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, motivation, racial conflict/identity, self-esteem, and confidence. I also provide faith-based counseling with the belief that everyone should be treated as Christ intended, by accepting you were you are and showing love and kindness.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. My therapy style is very relaxed, warm, and interactive.
