I am licensed in Colorado with over 18 years of a variety of professional work experience. Most of my experience has been in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, coping with life changes especially around military life & compassion fatigue for other therapists.

I consider myself to be an interactive IFS therapist, or actually, a holistic healer. You are the expert on you, and I’m your guide or coach, in order to provide support and practical feedback to help you effectively address personal life challenges. As mentioned, I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques if that’s what you would feel comfortable with. My intention is to lead with compassion and understanding, in order to empower you and build on your strengths to attain your personal goal.

As a Social Worker and human being, I strive to be socially conscious, and am committed to continue my own understanding in cultural and ethnic diversity, while being aware of my own privilege and limitations. I strive to help end discrimination, oppression, poverty and other forms of social injustice through public education and social justice advocacy.

I also love mentoring other professionals, with their own healing or in consultation, to get their license, or to continue in their IFS journey.

I am not for everyone. I am compassionate and intuitive, and I can also be direct.
