I enjoy working with clients in young adulthood who may be struggling with big life transitions, depression, anxiety, social anxiety, Autism/ADHD, and OCD. I use therapeutic approaches to assist clients in identifying negative thought patterns and how our thoughts affect our behaviors. I ca help clients learn to manage their anxiety through relaxation techniques, exposure and response prevention, mindfulness and acceptance. I enjoy working with people to identify their values and interests and find enjoyment in life again. Ultimately, I want to help clients create & achieve realistic goals while working with them through the steps. I teach my clients practical skills, such as anxiety management and interpersonal communication, that they can use daily. I hold them accountable with compassion and understanding that change is difficult. I offer mindfulness, acceptance, and awareness techniques, using an eclectic approach to personalize each collaborative session. It can be a difficult journey finding the right therapist and effective treatment modality. There isn't any "right" way to heal and find relief. I love to explore different outlets for finding enjoyment and meaning in life.
