I am licensed in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages and genders with stress and anxiety/depression, adjustment struggles, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss and much more.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. I will tailor our sessions and goals to meet your unique and specific needs. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
I think it is key to highlight the importance of building one’s insight and knowledge, sense of self-worth, and healthy coping throughout the healing journey.
