About

I am a client-focused Marriage and Family Therapist with 4 years of experience providing therapeutic services, both online and in-person. I attended the University of Minnesota for my Bachelor's of Science in Family Social Science, and then I completed my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Appalachian State University. At Appalachian State University, I also earned my Certificate in Multicultural Counseling.

I have a strong background in treating individuals struggling with multigenerational/chronic trauma, identity and self-worth, codependency, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating an atmosphere where clients of all genders, sexualities, racial/cultural identities, and relationship types feel welcome, and my first goal is that anyone sharing therapeutic space with me feels accepted. I am sex-positive, queer-allied, and racial-justice informed.

I will respond to your stories and struggles with warmth, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor. With that being said, I don't believe in wasting your time. Expect to be challenged! I look forward to spending time together, working toward your goals.
