Hi, I'm Sydnee! Are you looking to find ways to make life a little easier or learn more about yourself? I work with teens, young adults, and adults to help them grow in areas they struggle the most. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and walking with you through life. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. In our sessions, I'll always welcome you with kindness, empathy, and a listening ear. Everyone deserves to have a safe place to explore who they are, heal, and become their best self.
