There are times in everyone's life when we experience challenges and difficulties. Whether it be problems in our relationships or adjusting to a life transition, these challenges may affect our well-being, but they can also present an opportunity for growth and positive change. I work collaboratively with adults to help bring a new perspective and help them create desired changes in their lives. Therapy can be short term or longer term depending on the presenting issues and needs of the client. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment, while enabling you with tools as you start working towards your goals.
