I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience. I enjoy helping individuals uncover and get connected to who they are. I genuinely believe that each person is their own best expert in their life. I use Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Narrative techniques to help people connect to their values and set themselves on a path to live the fulfilling they want to live. I find that we often need to uncover conditioned beliefs that have been instilled by culture and family systems that don’t align with our true selves. I believe that each person deserves to be seen and heard. I have worked in community mental health with adults primarily for the past seven years and with children and families before that.
