Hello!
I have been working as a marriage and family therapist for twenty-years. I am licensed in Illinois. I have written and taught about developing skills of personal wellbeing & psychological growth for twenty-plus- years. I have a private practice in Champaign, IL and I work at the Counseling Center at University of IL.
In December 2020, I completed all the requirements to become an Illinois Supreme Court Approved Mediator for Judicial Circuit Courts. In all my work I focus on strengths, aspirations, and in developing a vision for your life.
I can help you with concerns of depression, anxiety, relationship problems with family members, roommates/partners, and friends.
