Hello! My name is Suzanne and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have worked in social services for the past 20 years. As a counselor, I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns, including: substance use, relational issues, stress, anxiety, parental issues among other things. I enjoy working with couples, adults and teens.

I look forward to getting to know you and being part of your journey. You are the expert on your life and I am here to help you accomplish the goals we come up with together. I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, solution-focused therapy and existential therapy. Together, we will figure out the type of counseling and techniques that work best for you.

Seeking counseling can be intimidating and scary. It is also exciting and the beginning of creating a better life for yourself and your loved ones. I am excited to be part of the journey!
