About
I am a licensed mental health counselor, with a Masters in Clinical Counseling and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have extensive experience working with individuals with addiction, with individuals who have experienced trauma, and within major life transition. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with managing symptoms of anxiety, stress, peer issues and self-esteem. Our work together will always be personal and tailored to the type of counseling that will work best for you. Whether your struggle is a lack of purpose and feeling stuck or healing from trauma and managing anxiety—my role is to guide and support every client to ultimately realize a more loving, compassionate relationship with their past, others around them and most importantly, with themselves.
