I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist in New Jersey with over 20 years’ experience working as an individual and group therapist and professional development coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bereavement, addiction recovery, relationship issues, medical concerns, career challenges, hospice, and employee assistance programs. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and collaborative, I am committed to treating clients with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I provide a safe environment for clients to develop insight and coping strategies to lead a more fulfilling life both personally and professionally. My therapy approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic, strength-based, and mindful-self compassion. I customize therapy dialogue and treatment plans to meet clients unique and specific needs.
