I promote healing through cross modalities: mind, body, and soul connection. My goal is to help you reach your fullest potential. I do this by providing a safe space, and no judgment. I am open to your feedback; this helps me be a better therapist for you. While each client has owned his or her own goals, my main one is to help you feel better than when you first started therapy. I have extensive experience working with individuals of various ages/stages in life and from different cultural backgrounds/life experiences.
