Compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 2 years online experience with Find A Therapist! Then the prior 7 years work experience in an hospital system working with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), acute TBI's through follow up the first year. In working with TBI patients who had to deal with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, memory loss, post-traumatic stress, grief, anger and loss.

I work with all with kindness and respect. My passion is assisting people to find their authentic self, to help clients reflect on their situation, identifying what is bothering them the most, then together identify their strengths, their options available to them, and find coping skills or solutions that work for them.

My hope is to be a therapist who helps clients see their strengths, their options, and understand their ability to create their own solutions, and empower them to make the best decisions for themselves.
