With over 19 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I have developed extensive experience in treating perinatal mood disorders, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, end-of-life issues, and life transitions. I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques assisting you in developing self-awareness and acceptance and addressing anxiety, stress, and emotional pain. The goal of therapy is to increase coping, lower stress levels, and reduce anxiety and depression to improve the quality of your life. One of the things I love most about being a clinical social worker is having the honor of listening to each client’s unique life story and working together to reach their goals.
