I have been a therapist for 30 yrs, primarily at Kaiser Permanente where I see adults who have ongoing life struggles or are in a acute psychiatric crisis. I have worked with a variety of disorders, such as grief, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress, post-partum disorders, social phobias and anger. I love working with people and helping to manage their symptoms and improve their lifestyle.
