With several years of experience working with patients in psychiatric critical care, I am now in private practice, specializing in helping clients cope with and resolve anxiety, depression, fear, anger, and grief, by offering both emotional and spiritual support. My approach incorporates client centered CBT, and my psychotherapeutic focus is to facilitate self-healing through various holistic modalities, encouraging my clients to explore creativity and discover the inner workings of their psyche. My multi-cultural background contributes to my appreciation of diversity of race, religion, and sexual orientation.
